A fab effort from Hostelry to be our 20th winner of 2025.  Ridden mid field from a poor draw, Kaiya Fraser and our gutsy chestnut mare made steady headway from 2 furlongs out to wear down the leaders and lead within the last 100 yards.

HOSTELRY, had been in decent fettle for Kaiya Fraser, and was produced late to prevail in a tight finish, with plenty still in contention inside the final furlong. She shouldn’t see much of a rise, so will likely remain eligible for similar Class 6 handicaps.
