Great to see Fiscal back in the winners enclosure at Ponte under Joanna.  The pair made the best of the worst draw to win by 1.75L.

FISCAL POLICY snapped a losing run with a bit to spare. His last win came off 8lb higher and he should go well again next time, be it under a 4lb penalty or after reassessment.
